深圳市部分医院室内空气PM2.5调查与控烟干预模式探讨

【摘要】 目的监测深圳市医院在控烟干预前后室内空气PM2.5浓度,以探索有效的控烟干预模式。方法 :选取深圳市5所医院随机分为干预组和对照组,对干预组控烟干预采取行政干预和健康教育干预相结合方式,对照组仅采取行政干预。每所医院选取门诊大厅、病房楼道、男洗手间、医生办公室、护士办公室5个监测区域,每个区域按照梅花布点选取5个监测点,于门诊时间进行空气监测,比较干预后两组的空气PM2.5浓度。结果 5所医院室内空气PM2.5监测结果显示,男洗手间的浓度最高(53.35μg/m3),其次是医生办公室(45.80μg/m3),浓度最低的为护士办公室(19.67μg/m3);不同功能区PM2.5浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),门诊大厅、男洗手间和医生办公室PM2.5浓度均显著高于护士办公室(P<0.05);干预后,干预组与对照组空气PM2.5浓度均下降。结论控烟干预模式中,行政干预效率最高

【Abstract】 objective monitoring Shenzhen part of the hospital before and after the intervention in tobacco control indoor air PM2.5 concentrations,so as to explore the effective intervention mode tobacco control.Methods:the Shenzhen five hospitals were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,the intervention group take administrative intervention and health education intervention way of combination of tobacco control intervention mode,control group only take administrative intervention. Every hospital selection outpatient service hall,ward corridor,men’s,the doctor’s office,the nurse’s office five monitoring area,each region according to the plum blossom stationing select five monitoring point,in outpatient service time for air monitoring, more intervention in the two groups after air PM2.5 concentrations.Results 5 hospital indoor air PM2.5 monitoring results showed that the concentration of the men’s highest (53.35 u g/m3),the second is the doctor’s office(45.80 u g/m3),the lowest concentration for the nurse’s office(19.67 u g/m3);Different functional areas PM2.5 concentrations (P < 0.05),outpatient service hall,men’s and the doctor’s office PM2.5 concentrations were significantly higher than the nurse’s office(P < 0.05);After the intervention, intervention group and control group air PM2.5 concentrations decreased.Conclusion smoke control intervention mode,administrative intervention efficiency is the highest
