论我国循环经济促进法的生产者责任延伸制度

【摘要】 当前党和国家明确提出了发展循环经济是加快建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会的重要手段之一。生产者责任延伸制度是发展循环经济的一项重要保障措施,能起到保驾护航的作用。我国《循环经济促进法》更加明确了生产者责任延伸制度。本文从循环经济促进法的生产者责任延伸制度的概念、特征、责任主体等部分进行阐述,侧重结合我国《循环经济促进法》对生产者责任延伸制度的规定,对生产者责任延伸制度进行进一步的研究,以期促进生产者责任延伸制度的完善和更好的实施,促进循环经济的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our Party and the State put out the development of circular economy is one of important ways to accelerate the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society clearly. Extended producer responsibility system is an important safeguard of the development of circular economy. Extended producer responsibility system is the producer’s responsibility extends to the entire product life cycle, especially the emphasis on product design and product recovery, recycling and other products after consumption of the responsibility, and stressed that the government, sales and people should assume their responsibilities. "Circular Economy Promotion Law" more clear extended producer responsibility system. Based on the concept and the characteristics of circular economy, combined with our focus on "Circular Economy Promotion Law" extended producer responsibility system for producer responsibility requirements of the system to further study in order to promote extended producer responsibility system, improve and better implement and promote economic cycle of development.更多还原
