矿物粉体润滑油添加剂与不同表面涂层/镀层的摩擦协同效应研究

【摘要】 研究了无机矿物粉体作为润滑油添加剂与铸铁、45#钢、n-Al2O3刷镀层、3Cr13喷涂层等不同材质的摩擦协同效应,分析了矿物添加剂对基础油理化性能的影响,探讨了矿物添加剂的减摩润滑机理。结果表明:添加矿物添加剂没有影响基础油150SN的理化性能指标,在不同载荷下,矿物添加剂能够降低铸铁、45#钢、n-Al2O3刷镀层和3Cr13喷涂层的摩擦系数,说明矿物添加剂与不同摩擦副材质具有较好的摩擦协同性。
【Abstract】 The friciton synergistic effect of cast iron,45# steel,brush plating n-Al2O3 coating,arc spraying 3Cr13 coating with mineral lubricating additive were researched.The influence of additiving mineral lubricant on physical and chemicial properties of base oil was analyzed.The friction reduction and lubricating mechanism was also discussed.The results show that the physical and chemicial properties of base oil are not changed by additiving mineral lubricant.The friction coefficient of cast iron,45# steel,brush plating n-Al2O3 coating,arc spraying 3Cr13 coating are decreased by mineral additive.
