电弧喷涂Cr-Ni-B4C/Cr3C2金属陶瓷复合涂层的性能

【摘要】 针对循环流化床锅炉四管存在的高温磨蚀状况,制备了Cr-Ni-B4C/Cr3C2金属陶瓷型高硬度耐磨蚀涂层。分析了涂层的组织、硬度和结合强度,对比分析了650℃下的磨粒磨损性能及冲蚀磨损性能。结果表明:涂层组织致密,显微硬度HV0.1高于1200,平均结合强度大于35MPa,涂层具有较好的耐磨蚀性能,XRD结果显示涂层中形成了Fe3B、CrB、(Cr,Fe)7C3和Fe3C等硬质相,对涂层起弥散强化作用。

【Abstract】 High hardness and wear-erosion resistance coating Cr-Ni-B4C/Cr3C2 deposited via arc spraying for Circulating fluidized bed boiler tubes which surfur from high-temperature wear and erosion.The microstructure,hardness and bond strength of GL-11 coating was analyzed.The erosion resistance properties was compared with Arc Spraying Cr-Ni/Cr3C2 coating.Results showed that GL-11 coating exhibited dense microstructure,high hardness,high bond strength and excellent abrasive and erosive wear resistance.XRD spectrum of the coatings indicates that Fe3 B,CrB,( Cr,Fe)7C3 and Fe3 C were contained as the main hard phase,which dispersedly strengthens the coatings.
