盆栽‘潢川金桂’根际微生物和根系碳氮代谢研究

【摘要】 通过对不同时期不同复配基质盆栽‘潢川金桂’根际微生物的菌群数量、根系碳氮代谢及相关酶活性的测定,研究了复配基质对‘潢川金桂’生长的影响。结果表明,复配基质处理下‘潢川金桂’根际微生物的含量及碳氮代谢水平均优于对照。其中,处理7基质(发酵玉米秸秆基质∶珍珠岩∶炉渣=3∶1∶2)的根际微生物含量及组成和碳氮代谢产物及相关酶活性都优于其他处理,可以作为‘潢川金桂’盆栽较理想的基质。
【Abstract】 The experiment researches the influence of potted ’ Huang Chuan Jin Gui’ in different distribution matrix processing, based on the determination of rhizosphere microorganisms,various carbon and nitrogen metabolites of root and its related enzyme activity in different distribution and different periods.The results show that the content of rhizosphere microorganisms and the standard of carbon and nitrogen metabolism in compound substrate processing are significantly better than control.Especially, the total amount and composition of rhizosphere microorganisms,the carbon and nitrogen metabolites and the related enzyme activity in processing 7(maize straw:perlite:slag = 3:1:2 ) are superior to other processing.Therefore,processing 7 can be used as an ideal matrix of potted ’ Huang Chuan Jin Gui’.
