玉白色新品系“韩冠”叶片超微结构观测与光合特性

Observations of Ultrastructure and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Fresh Leaves of New Tea Germplasms with Special Color

【摘要】 对4种不同芽叶色泽(紫、黄、白、绿)的茶树创新种质叶片的光合特性及其超微结构进行观测,结果表明:叶绿素总量及叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量总体均随叶片衰老而上升;而叶绿素a/b呈下降趋势。不同种质的芽叶色泽与其叶绿素含量呈显著相关,即叶绿素含量越高,鲜叶色泽越绿;而类胡萝卜素含量与芽叶色泽的相关性不显著。净光合速率(Pn)以紫绿色茶树种质最高,玉白色的最低,且紫绿色种质显著高于玉白色,而与其它种质之间没有显著变化。玉白色新品系0306C(韩冠)叶片的透射电镜观测表明,叶绿体中片层结构稀疏,没有基粒片层和基质片层的区别,片层结构中有肿胀,层次少,直至第七叶片层结构仍然没有达到正常绿色叶片叶绿体的成熟状态,这很可能是导致叶色"黄化"的主要原因。

【Abstract】 In this article the photosynthetic characteristics and ultrastructure of the leaves of four new tea germplasms with different leaf color were observed, the results showed that, in general, the total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content in the fresh leaves of tea germplasms with different color increased with the leaf maturity, though the ratio of chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b declined. The chlorophyll content was significantly correlated with the leaf color of different tea germplasms, the higher chlorophyll content were, the greener the color of fresh leaves were. And the correlation of carotenoid content with the color of fresh leaves was not significant. The average net photosynthetic rate of purple green tea germplasm was the highest, while that of jade white germplasm was the minimum, and that of purple green germplasm was significantly higher than that of jade white germplasm. And the observations of transmission electron microscopy to the leaves of new Jade white germplasm named Hanguan(0306C) showed that, the thin layer structure was sparse in the chloroplasts, there is no distinction between grana slice layer and the substrate layer, the layer structure was swelling and less hierarchical, and the layer structure of chloroplast of the seventh leaf still did not reach the mature state than that of normal green leaves, which were likely to be the main "yellowing" cause of theleaf color.
