【摘要】 用已认定的良种(景谷思茅松无性系种子园种子)建立采穗圃,做了不同的营建环境、定植密度、修剪技术、施肥种类、喷施药剂等的试验,探索了这些技术对采穗母株穗条产量影响。结果表明,采穗圃在自然环境下的穗条产量与大棚环境下的穗条产量之间存在极显著差异,自然环境更适宜采穗圃的建立;采穗圃不同定植密度之间存在显著差异,以采用40cm×40cm株行距较好;侧枝修剪长度和定杆高度两因素对采穗母株穗条产量影响不显著;采穗母株定植时每株施普钙100g促萌效果最好;喷施不同药剂实验中,高锰酸钾的施用能明显提高采穗母株穗条产量,而喷施赤霉素则使穗条产量降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 We established the orchard of Pinus kesiya var. Langbianensis with the determinative improved variety(The seed of cloning orchard in Jinggu) and did the test about cutting number affected by different planting environment,different colonizating density,different pruning technology,different mother plant fertilized with different kinds of fertilizer.The result showed the cutting number in nature environment was more than in greenhouse,and it had extremely different betwen them.It had no differrent about plant density of 20cm×20cm, 40cm×40cm, 60cm×60cm,we always choised 40cm×40cm.It had no different about pruning technology including the length of lateral branch and the fixed height of rod.,the pruning length of lateral branch was 4cm,and the fixed height of rod was 30cm.It had different about experiment of fertilization,the best one was to fertilizate calcium superphosphate 100g every strain. It had no different about cutting number affected with different kinds and concentrations of hormone, spraying permanganate improved the cutting number,but spraying gibberellin decreased the cutting number.更多还原
