三种造林新材料在首都平原造林工程中的应用研究

【摘要】 为提高首都平原造林工程中困难立地条件下油松等大规格针叶苗木栽植后的成活率,采用三种造林新材料,即厚环乳牛肝菌剂(Suillus grevillei),树木抗蒸腾抑制剂以及6号GGR植物生长调节剂进行处理组合试验,形成8个不同的处理组合,对油松成活率,当年新梢生长数量、新梢长度、新梢直径以及土壤根际微生物进行调查研究。得到初步结果如下:与其他处理相比,hsk处理的油松苗木成活率明显提高;5月与7月相比对于新梢数量及直径,施用新材料的处理明显高于对照,其中施用三种新材料的处理明显优于其他处理,而新梢长度指标的差异并不是很显著;对于土壤根际微生物的统计,新材料的施用可提高根际细菌,真菌的数量,对于放线菌无明显影响。
【Abstract】 To improve the survival rate of large size coniferous seedlings such as pinus tabulaeformis after transplant under difficult site condition in the capital plain afforestation project, three kinds of new materials(ie. Suillus grevillei, Antitranspirant and GGR 6 plant growth regulator) were used to treatment combination test forming eight different treatment combinations. The survival rate, new shoot number, new shoot length, new shoot diameter and rhizosphere soil microbial were investigated. preliminary results are as follows: Compared with May to July, new shoot number and diameter of seedlings applied new materials was obviously higher than that of control. Treatments applied three kinds of new materials were obviously higher than other treatments, however the difference between new shoot length was not significant. The application of new material could enhance quantity of rhizosphere bacteria and fungi but did not had obvious effect on actinomycetes.
