KCl对硝酸铵热稳定性的影响

【摘要】 文章通过溶液和机械两种混合方式将氯化钾(KCl)和硝酸铵混合,制备成改性AN,采用DSC热分析和克南试验对其热稳定性和高热作用的敏感性进行了研究。克南试验结果表明:当KCl添加量(质量分数)为30%(溶液)或者35%(机械混合)时,硝酸铵不显示剧烈的化学效应,在直径为1.0mm密封孔板下不发生爆炸,改性硝酸铵对高热的作用不敏感;DSC热分析试验表明:KCl能提高硝酸铵起始反应温度,对其热分解有一定的抑制作用,在一定程度上提高了硝酸铵的热稳定性。
【Abstract】 Potassium chloride(KCl)were mixed with ammonium nitrate(AN) by different mixing methods.. The heat sensitivity performance and safety of AN with additives were studied by using DSC and the Koenen test. The experimental results proved that: When ammonium nitrate contains 30% KCl(solution mixing) or 35%(mechanical mixing), the ammonium nitrate not explosion, the sensitiveness of the modified AN to intense heat is gentle. KCl can improve the initial reaction temperature of AN shift to higher temperatures was considered indicative of stabilization.
