【摘要】 当前,我国正处在城镇化的发展进程之中。农村教师流动呈现出大规模、向城性、结构化等特点,农村学校面临着教师队伍结构失衡、优质师资补充不利等问题,严重制约着我国农村教育事业发展。这些问题与我国当前城镇化背景密切相关,是社会、经济、文化等多种因素综合作用的结果。农村教师流动问题的改善是一项系统工程,需要我们正确看待城镇化对教师流动的影响,促进城乡教育一体化发展,创新城乡教师流动机制,提高农村教师工资待遇,因地制宜设计农村教师政策等。更多还原

【Abstract】 While China is in the process of Urbanization currently,Large-scale,city-centered and structured is clearly presented during the mobility of Chinese rural teachers,which is aggravating unbalanced in age,gender and ability between rural and urban teachers,as well as causing disadvantages in supplement of quality teachers,as which is resulted restricted development of rural education seriously. This topic is highly related with urbanization,and all these problems is consequence combined effects with the society,economic and culture. In the essay,rural teacher mobility is treated as a systematic project that needed correct viewed on the impact of urbanization on teacher mobility,promotion the urban-rural education integration,mechanism innovation for urban and rural teachers mobility,improvement of teacher wages and designing policies and measures to local conditions in rural areas is put forward as countermeasures for chinese rural teacher mobility in urbanization.更多还原
