【Abstract】 To create more jobs in the non-agricultural sector for rural labor is of great importance tc boost rural development and narrow the inccme gap between urban and rural residents.The gender differences in non-agricultural employment are of particular interests.Using household survey data,this paper examines the gender differences in non-agricultural employment and the factors affecting female rural non-agricultural employment.Policy implications are discussed.更多还原
