浅析膝关节损伤的疾病及手术分类

【摘要】 膝关节损伤分为三个不同的阶段,分别是新近损伤、损伤的后遗症期及不明原因的损伤(陈旧性损伤),本文通过对其发生的时间的长短和具体部位进行疾病分类,而手术分类则根据术中对膝关节进行单一的或联合的修补术等进行分类。编码人员应仔细查阅病历,了解疾病的发生阶段及手术情况从而进行准确分类。更多还原

【Abstract】 The knee injury is divided into three phases,namely,recent injury,the sequela of injury and unexplained injuries(old injury).Based on the time of onset of the disease and anatomical site of it,we classify and code the disease,and the surgery classification is according to a single or combined repair surgery on the knee.Coders should carefully review the medical records to understand the phase of the disease and the surgery classification before it can be accurately encoded.更多还原
