【摘要】 对羊驼三种唾液腺即腮腺、颌下腺和舌下腺,分别进行显微结构和亚显微结构观察,结果如下:1.光学显微镜下腮腺属于浆液性腺体,与其他反刍动物相同,由浆液性腺泡组成,电镜下浆液性细胞细胞核附近有空泡状结构,不同于其他动物。2.颌下腺属于混合腺,由浆液性腺泡和黏液性腺泡组成,浆液性腺泡多。3.舌下腺属于混合腺,由浆液性腺泡和黏液性腺泡组成,黏液性腺泡多。更多还原

【Abstract】 The microstructure and submicrostructure of the three salivary glands:parotid gland,submandibular gland and sublingual gland,were observed.The results showed as follows:1.Observed by microscope,parotid gland is as the same as that of other ruminants,it is serous gland,made up of serous cells.Observed by transmission electron microscope, at the side of the nucleolus of serous cells have a vacuole,which is not same as other animals.2.Submandibular gland is mixed gland,is made up of serous cells and mucus cells,and most are serous alveoli.3.Sublingual gland is mixed gland,is made up of serous cells and mucus cells,and most are mucus alveoli.更多还原
