【摘要】 为了研究安疫肽、肽好、高免多糖对蛋鸡免疫功能和生产性能的影响,结合养殖实际在蛋鸡进行新城疫克隆30苗、新城疫Ⅳ苗、禽流感苗免疫前中后3天分别按说明使用安疫肽、肽好、高免多糖;并测定体重变化、采食量、产蛋量、白细胞介素Ⅱ水平、γ,干扰素水平和抗体水平。结果表明安疫肽能显著提高蛋鸡的免疫功能,且优于肽好和高免多糖,建议在蛋鸡产蛋期每隔1个月按500kg水/瓶使用安疫肽,连用3天。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the effects of immunopotentiator anyitai,taihao,gaomianduotang on the immune and performance function of laying hens,this experiment was designed based on cultivation practice. In laying hens immune of Newcastle disease clone 30,Newcastle disease IV and Avian Influenza vaccines,we used anyitai,taihao and gaomianduotang among three days before middle and after immunization.The indexes were detected of weight change;feed intake,egg production,Interleukin 2,Interferonγand antibody level.The result showed that anyitai could significantly increase the immune function of laying hens,its effect was better than that of taihao and gaomianduotang.We suggest that the laying hens use anyitai once every month,the using dosage is 500kg water with every bottle,successive application for three days.更多还原
