不同猎物及猎物密度对大灰食蚜蝇捕食效应及生长发育的影响

【摘要】 本文就不同猎物种类及同种猎物的不同密度对大灰食蚜蝇的捕食效应及其生长发育影响进行了研究,结果表明:(1)大灰食蚜蝇幼虫随年龄的增大,其捕食量增大;幼虫发育到第8、9天时,捕食量最大.此外,其捕食反应属HollingⅡ型反应,其寻找效率(α)在发育到第5、6天时最大,而处理时间(Th)则随年龄的增大而减小。(2)猎物密度的大小对大灰食蚜蝇的发育速率、体重、存活率以及羽化率均有影响.大灰食蚜蝇幼虫一生需要取食58.82头麦无网长管蚜,才能完成其个体发育。(3)用甘蓝蚜饲养大灰食蚜蝇幼虫,不能正常完成其个体发育;其它四种蚜虫对大灰食蚜蝇的生长发育和体重也有一定的影响。

【Abstract】 Syrphus corollae F.is one of the major predaceous natural enemies of many aphids in the fields of wheat,rape and broad bean.The effects of various aphids and aphid densities on the predation,growth and development of S.corollae were presented.The results showed that: (1) The number of prey eaten by the larva of S.corollae increased with its age increment.The number of prey eaten was the largest when it developed to the eighth and the ninth days;The functional response of larva of S.corollae is typical Holling "r" response.The rate of successful search(A) was the largest when it developed to the fifth and sixth days.The handling time(Th) decreased with its age increment.(2) The rate of growth and development,living rate,emerging rate and its weight were influenced by feeding prey(Acyrthosiphon dirhodum) densities.S.corollae could complete its individual development when the larva had been eaten 58.82.A.dirhodum in the larva stage.(3) The larvae feeded on Brevicoryne brassicae could not complete its individual development.The larvae feeded on Rhopaosiphum padi,Macrosiphum avenae,Acyrthosiphon dirhodum,& Acyrthosiphon pisum had some difference in the weight,growth and development.
