【摘要】 本文对我国城市慢行交通现状及存在的问题进行了分析,从"安全、便捷、舒适、愉悦、无障碍"和"以人为本"的规划理念出发,提出了适合我国城市自身发展的慢行交通系统规划目标及内容,并对城市慢行交通系统规划进行了研究和完善。这对缓解城市拥堵,倡导"绿色交通",改善慢行交通环境具有重要意义。本文以滕州市为例对其慢行交通系统规划进行了实例研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present situation and existing problems of non-motorized traffic in our country are analyzed in this paper.From the planning concept of "safe, convenient, comfortable, enjoyable and accessible" and "human-oriented", non-motorized traffic system planning goals and contents are proposed to adapt to China’s urban development ,and moreover,non-motorized traffic system planning is attached more importance to study and develop.It has great significance to mitigate urban traffic congestion, promote "green transport", and improve the slow traffic environment.In the end, we take Tengzhou as a case of the planning of non-motorized Traffic system.更多还原
