【摘要】 <正>Diterpenoids have attracted considerable attention because of unique structures and interesting biological properties.However,the structures are generally quite complex,incorporating large numbers of stereogenic centers and intricate ring systems.Total synthesis or isolation from natural plants with low yields were far from being satisfying for therapeutic development of promising leads.For these reasons,a practical and convenient synthesis of diterpenoid analogues could provide us with enough samples for intensive studies.更多还原
