【摘要】 目的探讨长期住院女性精神病患者肥胖与血清胰岛素、C肽水平的关系。方法将104例长期住院女性精神病患者按体重指数分为肥胖组52例和非肥胖组52例,以50例健康者作为对照组,检测空腹血糖(FPG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的水平,同时采用微粒子化学发光法测定血清胰岛素、C肽,以稳态模型评估法评价胰岛素抵抗指数。结果肥胖组和非肥胖组血清胰岛素、C肽水平和HOMA-IR均高于健康对照组(P<0.05),且肥胖组亦高于非肥胖组(P<0.01)。相关性显示肥胖组血清胰岛素和HOMA-IR与BMI、WHR、C肽、TG、LDL-C水平呈明显正相关(p<0.05)。结论女性精神病患者,特别是肥胖者,存在IR、高胰岛素血症。因及早采取行之有效的干预方法防止并发症发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective TO explore relationship obesity and serum insulin(INS)and C-peptide levels in a long-term female psychiatric inpatients.Methods 104 cases a long-term female patients with psychosis were divided into obesity group(n=52) and non-obesity group(n=52) according to body mass index(BMI),50 female healthy were selected as control.The fasting serum total levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride(TG),high desity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low desity lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were determined respectively.Fasting serum insulin and C-peptide levels were determined by microparticle chemiluminescence method.Homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance was evaluated by HOMA. Results Serum insulin、C-peptide levels and HOMA-IR were higher in obesity group and non-obesity group than those in controls,and the obesity group was higher than non-obesity group and those in controls. Dependability analysis showed serum insulin and HOMA-IR had positive correlation to body mass index(BMI)、WHR、C-peptide、Triglyceride(TG)、low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) in obesity group(p<0.05) .Conclusions The female patients with psychosis especially those with obesity,have increased serum insulin、C-peptide、total cholesterol、LDL-C than the female healthy,presenting IR,hyperinsulinemia.So the effective measure on integrated behavioval should be taken to prevent.更多还原
