【摘要】 目的:对金沙藤的化学成分及其抗氧化活性进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、凝胶层析等层析技术进行分离,通过NMR、MS等波谱技术确定化合物的结构,并采用TLC生物自显影技术初步评价化合物的抗氧化活性。结果:分离并鉴定了10个化合物,分别为:槲皮素(I)、紫云英苷(Ⅱ)、异槲皮苷(Ⅲ)、山萘酚-7-O-α-鼠李糖苷(Ⅳ)、芦丁(V)、山萘酚-3-O-β-芸香糖苷(Ⅵ)、6-O-咖啡酸葡萄糖酯(Ⅶ)、α-葡萄糖(Ⅷ)、5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅸ)及银杏醇(X),从TLC-生物自显影色谱图显示,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ均显示了一定的抗氧化活性。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ、X为首次从金沙藤中分离得到,综合得率及抗氧化活性考虑,异槲皮苷(Ⅲ)可用作金沙藤药材及其制剂质量标准研究用化学对照品。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Herba Lygodii and evaluate antioxidant activity by TLC-DPPH.Methods:Various column chromatographic techniques on different absorbents such as silical gel,MCI gel and Sephadex LH-20 were used for isolation and purification of the compounds.The structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D- and 2D-NMR and MS spectral data.The antioxidant activity of compounds was evaluated by TLC-DPPH.Results:Ten compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin(Ⅰ),astragalin(Ⅱ),isoquercitrin(Ⅲ),kaempferol-7-O-α-rhamnopyranoside (Ⅳ),rutin(Ⅴ),kaempferol-3-O-β-rutinoside(Ⅵ),6-O-caffeoyl-glucopyranose(Ⅶ),α-glucopyranose(Ⅷ),5-(hydroxymethyl)- 2-furfuraldehyde(Ⅸ) and ginnol(Ⅹ).Among them,compoundsⅠ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅶshow antioxidant activity on TLC-DPPH chromatography.Conclusion:CompoundsⅠ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅶ,Ⅸ,Ⅹwere isolated from Herba Lygodii for the first time,and isoquercitrin(Ⅲ) can be used as reference in the quality control of Herba Lygodii and its preparation.更多还原
