【摘要】 随着市场竞争日趋激烈,企业选择贸易伙伴的范围越来越广,中小企业也开始具有一定的选择谈判权利,因此,核心企业应该采取一定策略来维持长久贸易关系。通过采用基于存货质押融资供应链协调的回购机制,对不确定需求下供应商的批发一回购决策进行分析,提出了供应商根据供应链系统整体最优原则确定批发价的方法,以及促使零售商的订货量达到供应链整体最优时的供应商回购策略。最后通过算例分析说明所提出的批发一回购策略能够提升供应链主体的利润,降低存货质押融资业务的风险,实现供应链协调,具有一定的理论和现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the market competition becomes more and more intensifying,the space for enterprise to choose trade partners is more and more wide,therefore,core enterprise should take some strategies to maintain long trade relations. Based on the cooperative game,a coordination mechanism of supply chain with inventory financing is proposed to analyze the pricing decision with demand uncertainty.Moreover,according to the principle of the whole upply chain system optimal,expression of wholesale price and the buy-back strategy are obtained.At last,simulation results show that the model proposed is practical and feasible which benefit the generators,lower the risk and coordinate the supply chain.更多还原
