愤怒表达特质影响冲突监测:一项ERP研究

【摘要】 目的寻找愤怒表达特质对冲动抑制个体差异的神经生理学证据。方法采用STAXI-2量表分别筛选发怒和郁怒特质者,记录两组被试在执行Go/Nogo任务时诱发的ERPs成分。结果发怒特质Nogo-N2波幅明显大于郁怒特质者,由此导致发怒特质N2的差异波幅值显著大于郁怒特质者。而两组被试的P3成分无显著差异。结论不同愤怒表达特质的额中央区皮层在冲突检测阶段(200~300 ms)对靶刺激存在加工程度的不同,发怒特质者高于郁怒特质者。这很可能是愤怒表达特质对冲动抑制个体差异的电生理学证据。
【Abstract】 Objective To search the neurophysiological evidence of impulse restraint with the individual difference affected by the different anger expression trait.Methods The subjects with the anger-out or anger-in trait were chosen respectively by STAXI-2.ERPs elements in two groups induced by Go/Nogo task were recorded.Results Nogo-N2 amplitude of subjects with anger-out trait was higher than the ones of subjects with anger-in trait,thus N2 difference waves of subjects with anger-out trait was observably higher than the ones of subjects with anger-in trait.There was no significant difference in P3 elements of subjects in two groups.Conclusion There was the different processing degree of the cortex of the frontal central area of the subjects with the different anger expression trait at the monitoring conflict stage(200~300 ms) when they were affected by target stimulation,the one of subjects with anger-out trait was higher than the one of subjects with anger-in trait.This was probably the neurophysiological evidence of impulse restraint with the individual difference affected by the different anger expression trait
