【摘要】 目的:观察益气活血解毒方治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:59例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为2组:对照组41例,予以西医常规治疗;治疗组38例,在西医常规治疗基础上,服用益气活血解毒方,2次/日,3 0 d为1个疗程,比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.11%,对照组总有效率为73.17%,2组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗组心电图疗效均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西医治疗的基础上,用益气活血解毒方加减治疗冠心病患者临床疗效优于单纯西医治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of yi qi huo xue jie du decoction in the treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina in patients Methods:59 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group(38 cases) received yi qi huo xue jie du decoction besides western medicine treatment and control group(41 cases) received western medicine treatment for 30 days.Clinical efficacies were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was92.11%and that of control group was73.17%,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).electrocardiographic effects were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:In the basis of western medicine,yi qi huo xue jie du decoction treating patients with coronary artery disease has better clinical curative effect than western medicine.更多还原
