【摘要】 目的:谈谈如何矫正多次隆鼻失败手术的经验。方法分析各种多次隆鼻失败手术的原因,了解不同失败个体鼻的解剖结构,针对不同失败鼻制定不同的手术方法,修复鼻均同时一次性应用高泰克斯支架既(美国IMPLANT公司产)膨体聚四氟乙烯(ePTFE)塑造理想鼻部外形。结果从2010年8月至2013年05月选择106例因不同原因造成隆鼻失败病例进行修复。术后随访3月至3年。103例效果满意或非常满意,1例术后一年发现鼻头高度降低影响鼻背弧度需再次修复。结论早期在中国由于手术技术或材料的限制,隆鼻术后不理想的患者较多,有的发生一些比较严重的并发症。绝大多数需修复手术,只要选择好病例,有良好的鼻整形技术,作术前充分的分析和手术设计,隆鼻失败患者可以得到很好的矫正。从医学角度,高泰克斯支架是目前较为理想的生物组织代用品及鼻整形修复材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose Discuss the experience of the correction of several failed augmentation rhinoplasty.Method Analyze the reasons that lead to the failure of augmentation rhinoplasty.Study the differentanatomic structures of everynose which has failed surgery.Make distinct surgery projectaccording to the nose’s situation.Each repair surgery use porous high density polyethylene (produced by American CORE Co.) high expanded pytetraflu-oroethylene(ePTFE) onetimetoshape perfectnose.Result FromAug,2010toAug,2013,wechose106 cases of augmentation rhinoplasty which failed by different causes to repair. Postoperative follow-up ranged 3 monthsto 3year,103 of them were satisfactory orvery satisfactory,and 2 of them were notvery satisfactory because of the shrink of patch prostheses whicheffects the nasal dorsal’sshape,and 1 of them need to repairagain becauseof thedecrease of nasal dorsal which influenced the nasal dorsal’sshape.Conclusion Earlier days in China,the limitation of surgery technique or method led to the result that,some patients do not have satisfaction after augmentation rhinoplasty,while some has severe complications.Almost of them need repairsurgery.As long as we select the propercase,and with good technique and sufficientanalysis and surgical design,we can make perfect correction of the patients of failure augmentation rhinoplasty.From medical angle,expended polytetrafluoroethylene patch is the comparatively ideal tissue substitute material andnose plastic repairmaterial.更多还原
