热机械处理对Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al钛合金组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al合金在两相区、近β区和β区3种锻造工艺下的微观组织、力学性能和断口形貌。结果表明:两相区和近β区锻造获得等轴组织,强度高,塑性好,但KIC较低;β锻造获得片状组织,强度和塑性较低,KIC较高;比较3种锻造工艺,近β锻造可以获得各项力学性能的最佳匹配。
【Abstract】 The effects of(α+β) forging,nearβforging andβforging on the microstructure,mechanical properties and fracture morphology were studied.The results show that the microstructures of Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy undergone(α+β) forging,nearβforging andβforging are equiaxed and lamellar,respectively.Compared to the lamellar structure, equiaxed structure exhibits higher strength and plasticity,but the lower toughness.It is shown that the excellent combination of strength,ductility and toughness can be obtained in Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy by large deformation in nearβforging.
