【摘要】 为比较不同品种蛋鸡在开产初期其鸡蛋蛋品质及营养成分含量差异,选取同一饲养条件下的8个鸡种(罗曼褐、海兰褐、海赛克斯褐、伊莎褐、京红褐、新杨褐、苏禽青壳、文昌)在产蛋初期(21周龄)同天鲜鸡蛋各30个测定蛋重、蛋壳颜色、蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、哈氏单位、蛋黄质量,蛋黄色泽等常规品质,结果显示:8个品种的鸡蛋在蛋重、蛋壳颜色、蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、哈氏单位、蛋黄比率存在显著或极显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);蛋黄质量以苏禽青壳最小,且与其余品种均呈显著差异(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to compare the egg quality and content of nutrition of different layer breed eggs in early laying egg days, 30 eggs produced by eight layer breed(Roman brown,Hy-line,Hisex,Eleza,Jinghong,,Xinyang,Suqin green,Wenchang) in 21 weeks old at the same day were chosen and used to measure egg quality,which included egg weight,eggshell color,egg- shaped index,eggshell thickness,eggshell strength,Hu,yolk weight,yolk colour.The results showed:the eight breed egg had significantly or very significantly difference on egg weight,eggshell color,egg- shaped index,eggshell thickness,eggshell strength,Hu (P<0.05 or P<0.01);Suqin green egg had the least mass on yolk weight and had significantly difference while compared with the others.更多还原
