【摘要】 大学是人生的一个重要阶段,大学生面临着职业选择的各种考验和压力。因而职业选择是人生的重要课题同时也是大学生的重要课题。职业价值观是个体评价及其选择职业的标准(金盛华,李雪,2005),而就业能力(employability)是指大学毕业生在校期间通过知识的学习和综合素质的开发而获得的能够实现就业理想,满足社会需要,在社会生活中实现自身价值的本领。大学生的就业能力不仅影响着他们毕业时的就业,还会对大学生的维持就业和必要时重新获得就业产生巨大影响。对大学生职业价值观及其与就业能力的关系进行研究,探讨二者之间的内在联系,有利于提升大学生就业能力、引导大学生科学择业,是缓解大学生就业难的重要环节。本研究对大学生职业价值观与就业能力的关系进行了探讨,主要考察职业决策自我效能感的中介作用。本研究采用问卷法,对中部某省400名大学生进行了调查,其中有效问卷为379份。结果发现:女大学生在职业价值观各个维度上的得分均高于男性大学生,非独生大学生职业价值观得分在保健因素和自我发展两个维度上得分显著高于独生大学生,在自我发展这个维度上差异显著(P<0.05)。职业价值观与职业决策自我效能感、就业能力各维度的相关显著。采用潜变量结构方程模型考察大学生职业价值观、职业决策自我效能感和就业能力之间的关系。发现职业决策自我效能感在职业价值观和就业能力的关系中起着完全中介作用,中介效应占总效应的51.53%。更多还原

【Abstract】 University is an important stage in life,college students will be facing the trials and pressures about career choices.Thus career choice is an important issue in life and is also an important issue for college students.Work values is the individual criteria of their choice and evaluation o f occupation.Employability refers to university graduates obtained the skills of achieving the ideal of employment,meeting social needs,in social life,the ability to realize their own value in the school through the study of knowledge and the development of comprehensive quality.College Students’ employability not only affects their graduation employment,but also affects them to maintain employment and to regain employment when necessary.The study on the relationships of work values and employability and the intrinsic link between the two is conducive to enhancing the employability of students,guide students scientific careers,and is an important part to ease the difficult employment of college students.In this study,Students’ Workl Values and employability relations were discussed,mainly on the mediating role of career decision-making self-efficacy.In this study,we conducted the questionnaire method to survey of 400 students in the central province,of which 379 valid questionnaires.The results showed that Female students’ scores were higher than male students in each dimension of the work values ,non-exclusive students’ scores higher than the only begotten students in the health factors and self-development significantly,the differences is significant on this dimension(P < 0.05).Each dimension of work values,career decision-making self-efficacy and employability was significantly related.Career decision-making self-efficacy plays a full mediating role in the relations between the work values and employability and the mediating effect is 51.53%in the total effect.更多还原
