【摘要】 目的了解铁路旅客结核病防治知识、态度、行为现状及其影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法对铁路旅客进行问卷调查,通过单因素分析和多元Logistic回归分析其影响因素结果 2574名调查对象中,78.82%和79.76%的铁路旅客知道结核病的传播途径和主要症状;但是铁路旅客对结核病就诊地点、免费治疗政策和治愈情况的知晓率较低;59.64%的旅客接受过铁路结核病防治宣传教育;旅客结核病防治知识平均得分3.53±1.49;Logistic回归分析结果显示"生活地"和"铁路宣传教育"与结核病知识平均得分显著相关(χ2=39.3669,P<0.0001;χ2=27.9043,P<0.0001);"防治知识水平"和"态度"等因素对旅客的"就诊行为"有影响(χ2=227.8947,P<0.0001;χ2=15.754,P<0.0001)。结论继续深入开展铁路结核病健康教育工作对于铁路旅客全面掌握结核病防治知识十分重要。充分发挥铁路宣传教育优势,将铁路宣传教育活动持续化和常规化,对铁路旅客的结核病防治教育具有现实作用和意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors on knowledge, attitude and practice regarding tuberculosis (TB) among railway passengers. Methods 2574 passengers were surveyed through cluster sampling. Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression were used to explore their influencing factors.Results 78.82% and 79.76% of 2574 subjects were aware of TB transmission and symptoms, respectively. However, the knowledge about TB treatment place, free treatment and cure was relative low. The average score of the TB knowledge among railway passengers was 3.53±1.49; through logistic regression, place of residence and railway health education were correlated with average score of TB related knowledge(χ2 =39.3669,P<0.0001; χ2 =27.9043,P<0.0001). And it was found that TB knowledge and attitude were associated with treatment seeking behavior (χ2 =227.8947 , P<0.0001 ; χ2 =15.754 , P<0.0001). Conclusion railway passengers have certain understanding of TB. It is important to provide regular continuing health education on TB to railway passengers.更多还原
