【摘要】 新疆气象局依据中国气象局发布的《霾的观测和预报等级》(QX/T113-2010)中霾观测等级标准,开发的"雾霾天气自动判识业务系统"软件,具备自动识别雾、霾、晴等天气现象的功能,能24小时连续在线、实时、自动显示气象监测站PM.5、气溶胶吸收特性等表征大气洁净状况的监测数值,能为气象站观测员提供一个辅助判识雾、霾等天气状况的依据,能为预报员提供一个检验雾、霾等天气状况预报质量的在线式实况依据。该软件系统已经在乌鲁木齐国家基本气象站、自治区气象台等单位试运行,且运行情况良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 China Meteorological Administration,in accordance with the "haze of observation and forecast grades(QX/T113-2010) observations of haze grading standards,Xinjiang Bureau of Meteorology" fog and haze automatic judgment on the business systems,software systems,with automatic identification fog function of weather phenomena such as haze,sunny,24-hour continuous on-line,real-time, automatic display of the value of the meteorological stations of PM2.5,aerosol absorption characteristics on the characterization of the atmosphere clean condition monitoring can provide a secondary weather station observer identification the basis of the fog,haze and other weather conditions,can provide a test of the quality of the fog,haze and other weather conditions forecast for the forecasters online live basis.The software system has been in Urumqi,the national weather station,autonomous regions and meteorological observatory unit test run,and run well.更多还原
