饮用水源地底栖生物抗氧化预警系统研究

【摘要】 通过调查南京市饮用水源地中山水库及入库河道水质指标变化,分析底栖生物野生螺蛳抗氧化酶活性和MDA含量差异,并探讨螺蛳抗氧化系统与水质指标之间的相关性。结果表明:水库及周边入库河道不同监测点抗氧化酶活性和MDA含量变化具有差异性;抗氧化系统与水质指标之间存在一定的相关性。其中SOD酶活性与CODMn呈显著正相关(P<0.05);MDA含量与总磷浓度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。因此可认为总磷及有机污染是造成抗氧化酶活性和MDA含量变化的原因之一;底栖生物抗氧化系统可作为生物标志物指示饮用水源地水质变化。

【Abstract】 In this study, according to testing the water quality indexes, the activity of antioxidant enzymes and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) of spiral shells in Zhongshan reservoir and the surrounding, the correlation between them was also discussed. Results show that the difference the activity of antioxidant enzymes and the content of MDA in different monitoring sites; CODmn had significant positive correlation (P<0.05)with Superoxide dismutase (SOD) of spiral shells; the concentration of total phosphorus had very significant positive correlation (P<0.01)with the content of MDA. The reason of that the activity of antioxidant enzymes and the content of MDA changes were caused by organic contamination and the concentration of total phosphorus; there is a correlation between water quality indexes of water and biomarkers.
