【摘要】 试验研究检测了椰子壳、玉米芯、白松和海带等四种生物质粉的热解特性,并对几种生物质的热解过程进行了分析。四种生物质物料的热解过程可分为3个阶段:水分蒸发阶段(50℃～170℃),失重<1%,主要是水分蒸发过程;热解阶段(60℃～450℃),失重>60%,主要是挥发分析出过程;缩聚阶段(380℃～520℃),失重<7%,主要是剩余物炭化的过程。不同种类的生物质材料,它们的热解规律有明显差异,从而反映出它们的组成成分明显不同,可以初步推断白松中木质素的含量比较高,玉米芯、椰子壳和海带中纤维素和半纤维素的含量比较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experimental study on the pyrolysis characteristics of coconut shells,corn cob,white pine and laminaria and analyze the pyrolysis process of them.Four types of biomass materials pyrolysis process can be divided into 3 phases: evaporation of water(50 ℃ ~ 170 ℃),weight loss <1%,is mainly the process of water evaporation;pyrolysis stage(60 ℃ ~ 450 ℃),weight loss> 60%,is mainly the process of volatile evaporation;condensation stage(380 ℃ ~ 520 ℃),weight loss <7%,is mainly the formation of carbon.Different types of biomass materials are significant differences in the laws of pyrolysis,which illustrated the different composition of the different types of biomass,it initially inferred that in the content of lignin is higher in the white pine,on the contrary,in the corn cob,coconut shell and laminaria,the cellulose and hemicellulose content is higher.更多还原
