双氰胺在砖红壤中硝化抑制效果的影响因素研究

【摘要】 采用好气培养方法,研究了砖红壤中施用硝化抑制剂双氰胺(DCD)时,DCD添加量及土壤理化性质如温度、含水量、有机质含量、pH等对硝化抑制效果的影响。在25℃时,当DCD添加量为10 mg.kg-1土时,硝化作用出现明显的延迟期,且抑制效果可持续至少8周。培养温度由10℃升高到30℃,硝化抑制作用持续时间由90d降为30 d。在20℃时,砖红壤中添加硝化抑制剂DCD具有最佳效果,在第15d和第30d,硝化抑制率分别达到69.39%和53.68%,硝化抑制效果持续时间可达到90天。DCD的硝化抑制效果随土壤含水量、有机质含量和pH升高而减弱,硝化抑制作用持续时间随土壤含水量、有机质含量和土壤pH降低而延长。

【Abstract】 Laboratory experiments were carried out to study the effect of various factors that affect the efficacy of the nitrification inhibitor dicyandiamide(DCD) applied to latosol under aerobic incubated condition.The factors tested in this study were DCD concentration and soil physical and chemical properties such as temperature,moisture,organic matter content and soil pH.A clear lag phase has been observed in this soil when DCD concentration was 10 mg.kg-1 soil at 25℃.In this condition,the nitrification inhibitory effect could be prolonged up to 8 weeks at least.Increase in temperature from 10 to 30℃ decreased the nitrification inhibition from upper 90 days to 30 days.At 20℃ DCD applied to latosol presented a optimum effect that the nitrification inhibition was prolonged up to 90 days and the nitrification inhibitory rates were up to 69.39% and 53.68% at the 15th day and the 30th day,respectively.Increase of soil water content,soil organic matter content and soil pH decreased nitrification inhibition and decrease of soil water content,soil organic matter content and soil pH prolonged nitrification inhibitory time.
