煤矿长距离斜井TBM施工的关键技术问题与思考

【摘要】 TBM用于煤矿长距离斜井或平巷施工将成为矿山井巷施工的一个发展方向。在深入分析国内、外研究与应用现状的基础上,提出了TBM用于煤矿长距离斜井施工存在的的主要关键技术问题;认为,由于煤矿长距离斜井穿越的地层水文与地质条件复杂,不能简单照套交通或铁路隧道施工经验,而应针对其特点,开展应用基础、TBM装备和施工工艺研究,为其成功应用用于煤矿长距离斜井施工奠定坚实基础。
【Abstract】 It will become a developing direction of mine working construction that TBM is used in the construction of long distance mine inclined shaft or horizontal laneway.The paper brings forward main key technology problem on the basic of deeply analysis the state of study and application at home and abroad,then because the hydrologic and geological condition which the long distance mine inclined shaft crossing is complex,and the construction can not simply copy construction experience of traffic or railway tunnel,but the applying base,TBM equipment and study on constructing techniques are developed aiming at its characteristic,the it will establish solid base for successfully application.
