煤巷采动应力及树脂锚杆承载特性的实测及分析

【摘要】 煤炭地下开采过程中,在工作面回采、临近煤层开采等动压作用下巷道围岩体中应力会显著升高、新的裂隙大量产生并扩展等,继而对树脂锚杆支护巷道的顶板安全和稳定性产生影响。本文以淮南矿区朱集煤矿1111(1)首采工作面轨道顺槽为工程背景,采用钻孔应力计实测了超前支承压力;研发了新型光纤光栅测力锚杆和光纤传输系统,在线监测了巷道顶板锚杆杆体的载荷演化过程。分析结果表明:树脂锚杆杆体内应力呈现非均匀分布且波动变化,杆体内多数监测点应力随着工作面的不断靠近而增加,同时锚杆杆体内应力分布曲线初步可分为三种类型:增长型、降低型和波浪型。有关成果可为改善锚杆承载特性、提高支护效果提供依据。

【Abstract】 Under the dynamic pressure effect of working face or nearby coal seam mining,the surrounding rock stress will significantly rise and a large number of new cracks generate and extend in underground coal mining process,and it would impact on the roof safety and stability of roadway which supported by resin bolt.In this paper,taking the track crossheading of 1111(1) mining face in Zhuji coal mine of Huainan area as an engineering background,borehole stress meter was applied to actually measure abutment pressure and a new FBG(fiber bragg grating) dynamometry bolt was invented to monitor the pressure evolution process of resin bolt in roadway roof online.The analysis results show that,there is a fluctuating tendency and non-uniform distribution of the stress in resin bolt,most monitoring points of stress would increase with working face approached,the stress distribution curve can be divided into three types initially:increase type,decrease type and wave type.The achievements provide basis for improving bolt bearing characteristics and support effect.
