水泥水化过程中钙矾石形成发展的XRD原位对比分析

【摘要】 利用X射线衍射(XRD)半定量分析,原位表征了水泥水化产物高硫型水化硫铝酸钙(AFt)晶体在水化过程中的形成发展,避免了因常规终止水化方法引起水化产物脱水等现象造成的误差。试验测定了高C3S硅酸盐水泥和常用商业硅酸盐水泥不同水灰比水化样品在不同水化时间阶段AFt晶体特征峰的积分强度,对比分析了不同水化样品AFt生成量变化的情况,发现AFt含量在24小时内迅速达到最大值,随后逐渐减少并有最终保持稳定的趋势,且C3S含量、水灰比等都会影响AFt的生成速度和总量。

【Abstract】 The research has characterized evolution of ettringite(AFt),one of important cement hydration products,during cement hydration through semi-quantitative X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis in native state,which can avoid errors caused by phenomena like water removing of hydration products that happen in stopping hydration.Samples of different water-cement ratio(w/c) of high tricalcium silicate(C3S) Portland cement and common commercial Portland cement have been tested by XRD,and integral intensities of AFt crystal’s characteristic peak at different hydrated time have been calculated.From this, quantity evolutions of AFt of different hydrated samples have been parallel analyzed.It shows that the AFt’s content rockets to its maximum within 24 hours,then it decreases gradually and has tendency to keep at stabile figure finally.It also reveals that the quantity of C3S and water-cement ratio can influence formation velocity and total quantity of AFt.
