【摘要】 <正>在乙醇-水介质中,经60℃水浴加热合成了镝(Dy)-L-苯丙氨酸-5-氟尿嘧啶三元稀土固体配合物,通过配合物元素分析和摩尔电导率的测定,结合紫外光谱、红外光谱和热重分析等测试分析,推测此配合物的化学组成为:Dy[(L-phe)(5-Fu)Cl3]·2H2O.运用紫外和荧光光谱研究了三元稀土配合物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用.结果表明:随三元稀土配合物浓度的增加,BSA的紫外光谱表现增色效

【Abstract】 In ethanol-water medium,Dy-L-phe-5-Fu ternary complexes of rare earth solid are synthesized by 60℃water bath.The ternary complexes was characterized by elemental analysis,molar conductance,ultraviolet spectra(UV),infrared spectra(IR),DTG-TG.The compositions of the complexes were confirmed to be Dy[(L-Phe)(5-Fu)Cl3]·2H2O.The inter action between ternary complexes and bovine serum albumins(BSA) was studied by ultraviolet spectrum and fluorescence spectrum.Results show that the absorption intensity of BSA increased with the increasing of the concentration of ternary complexes.Ternary complexes quenched the fluorescence of BSA and it was static quenching.The binding constant(KA) and binding sites of ternary complexes with BSA at 298 K were 7.89×103L·mol-1 and 1.024,respectively, the effect of ternary complexes on the conformation of BSA was analyzed using synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy.
