静电纺丝法制备钒氧化物微纳米材料及光催化活性

【摘要】 采用静电纺丝技术结合溶胶法制备了PVP/NH4VO3微纳米纤维,并在不同温度下对微纳米纤维进行热处理得到不同形态的钒氧化物材料。用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、场发射电子扫描电镜(FE-SEM)和X射线电子能谱(XPS)技术对所得样品的结构和表面形态进行表征,结果表明,静电纺丝技术能较好的控制微纳米纤维的直径和长度,煅烧温度则明显影响样品的表面形态、晶体结构和晶粒尺寸。采用紫外-可见光漫反射光谱(UV-VisDRS)技术对所得样品的光吸收性能进行测定,结果表明,不同温度的微纳米材料在可见光区的范围内均具有一定的光吸收性能。通过掺杂不同的过度金属元素,可以改变钒氧化物的光吸收边值,拓宽材料的可见光吸收范围。
【Abstract】 PVP/NH4VO3 micro-nanofibers can be fabricated by electrospinning,and a variety of vanadium oxides were attained after calcined at different temperature.The structure and surface morphology of samples were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,FE-SEM and XPS.The results indicated, electrosp inning technology can better control the micro-nanofiber diameter and length,the calcination temperature significantly affect the sample surface morphology,crystal structure and grain size.The optical absorption properties of the samples were measured by the UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and the result exhibited that all materials calcined at different temperature has certain absorbance of visible light.By doping different transition metal elements can change the the optical absorption edge value,broaden the visible absorption range of materials.The photocatalytic activities of samples were evaluated by the photocatalytic degradation of industrial dye under visible light irradiation.
