【摘要】 目的:通过对本院临床药师三年参与医疗质量中检查临床用药检查记录的回顾性分析,探讨病区在药品储存、使用和管理上存在的问题。方法 :把中山一院2009‐2011年三年共12个季度的临床用药检查记录分类录入电脑进行统计分析。结果 :在药品一般管理中,主要问题为需要避光的药物未做避光保存(32.18%)、存在过期变质药品(21.84%)、有效期无标识(19.54%);在抗菌药物检查中,主要存在抗菌药物越权使用(28.05%)和围手术期抗菌药物使用不合理(54.27%)的问题;在麻醉、精神药品检查中,最主要问题是处方登记不及时(37例)。结论 :临床用药存在不少问题,临床药师可以发挥自己的专业知识定期对临床用药进行检查,发现问题并提出相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the problem in drug storage,using and administration,byanalyzing the inspection record of clinical drug use in our hospital.Method:The inspectionrecord of 12 quarters from 2009 to 2011 were summarized and analyzed.Results:In aspect ofdrug storage,the main problems are disqualified protecting drugs from light(32.18%),drugsbeyond their expiry date and deteriorated drugs(21.84%),no mark of available period on package(19.54%);in aspect of antibacterial administration,the main problems focus on unauthorizedusing antibacterial(28.05%) and unreasonable antibacterial(54.27%) using in perioperativeperiod;the main problem in anaesthetic administration is that prescription registration is nottimely(37 cases).Conclusions:There are some drug use problems in clinical,clinical pharmacistcan use specialized knowledge to inspect clinical drug use,find problem and make a proposal.更多还原
