【摘要】 目的:报道1例临床药师通过用药调查排除疑似他汀相关性药疹病例,探讨临床药师在药疹诊断中的方法与作用;方法:71岁的老年男性冠心病患者,在支架植入术后长期他汀降脂治疗过程中反复出现皮疹,患者既往无过敏性疾病及食物过敏史,医生因疑皮疹与他汀相关而调整降脂治疗方案。临床药师通过对患者既往用药史及过敏史的调查,依据药疹发生的一般规律排除了患者反复皮疹与他汀类药物的相关性,消除了患者与医生使用他汀的顾虑。结论 :临床药师掌握药疹的鉴别与处理,可弥补非专科医生用药史采集、药疹诊断知识欠缺的不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this study was to report a suspected case of statin-related drug eruption ruled out by the clinical pharmacist who investigated and analysed the medication history.And to investigate the role and the way of clinical pharmacists in the diagnosis of drug eruption.Methods:A-71-years-old man with coronary heart disease presented with rash several times in the course of statin treatment after stent implantation.The patients was with no previous history of disease and food allergies.The physician was going to adjust lipid-lowering treatment,who suspected that the rash wae associated with statin.Based on the general rules of drug eruption and through ivestigating the medication history of the patient,the clinical pharmacist considered that the rash had nothing to do with statin.Thus the physician’s and the pacient’s concers with statins were eliminated .Conclusion: The clinical pharmacists who understand the identification and treatment of drug eruption will make up for the physicians’ lack of drug eruption diagnosis and medication history collection更多还原
