【摘要】 目的评价使用莫西沙星与发生Stevens-Johnson综合征等药物性皮疹的相关性。方法通过Cochrane图书馆,Pubmed,Embase以及CNKI,查阅近十年来莫西沙星与Stevens-Johnson综合征等药物性皮疹相关的文献,并对北京市2000年1月1日～2011年5月15日的患者进行莫西沙星使用情况调查。结果文献证据和北京市临床证据表明使用莫西沙星后均可出现Stevens-Johnson综合征等药物性皮疹。结论使用莫西沙星可造成Stevens-Johnson综合征等药物性皮疹,应积极的进行治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate an association of moxifloxacin and Stevens-Johnson syndrome.Methods To consult the relevant literature of Cochrane,Pubmed ,Embase and CNKI in recent ten years,and investigate the patients who had Stevens-Johnson syndrome and and drug-induced rash used moxifloxacin in hospital from Jan.1.2000 to May.15.2011.Results Literature and clinical evidences showed that Stevens-Johnson syndrome caused by moxifloxacin is possible.Conclusion There is an association between moxifloxacin therapy and Stevens-Johnson syndrome and drug-induced rash.更多还原
