【Abstract】 Purpose:Give the lupus nephritis patient appropriate pharmaceutical care to ensure the safety and validity.Methods:The changes of the patient’s condition provided clues for the entire monitoring.Results:The clinical pharmacist took part in the potential risk assessment during the therapy and offered proper prophylaxis.Conclusion:The clinical pharmacist supplied the suitable individual care for the patient during the medical treatment.更多还原
