【摘要】 目的:降低静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)药品损耗。方法:成立PIVAS质量管理小组,应用品管圈(QCC)各种品管方法,分析药品损耗的原因,改善导致药品损耗的工作漏洞。结果:药品损耗金额降低了61.71%,药品损耗次数降低了45.71%;药师团队应用品管圈的能力、沟通与协调、责任与信心等有显著提高。结论:应用QCC加强PIVAS各环节的质量控制,完善规章制度及流程,优化静脉药物配置质量体系,保证了静脉药物配置质量及患者用药安全,有效提高经济效益和医疗服务水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To reduce the loss of medicine in pharmacy intravenous admixture services. Method:In oder to reduce the wastage rate of drugs,we builded PIVAS quality management teamand to find and remove the causes of the wastage with applicate all kinds of quality control methods of quality control circles.Results:The amount of the wastage was reduced by 61.7%,and the quantity of the loss was reduced by 45.71%.The abilities to communicate,the collaboration capabilities of the team and the responsibility and confidence of the crew have improved significantly. Conclusion:We strengthened the quality control,established the regulations and perfect processes and Optimized the quality management system with the application of QCC.Thus we were able to provide the security configuration and the safe drug.Economic efficiency and the level of medical services of PIVAS were improved greatly.更多还原
