【摘要】 北斗卫星导航产业作为国家战略新兴型产业日益受到高度关注,经过多年发展,取得较大成绩。在全球卫星导航产业快速发展的时代背景下,我国卫星导航产业发展仍面临许多问题和严峻挑战,制定产业政策的任务迫在眉睫。本文在开展实地调研和书面问卷基础上,采用钻石模型等理论,分析了我国卫星导航产业发展的现状和面临的挑战,从战略层面提出了制定我国卫星导航产业政策的总体构想,论证提出了我国卫星导航产业政策的框架体系和措施建议。

【Abstract】 Based on field researching and questionnaire , adopting diamond model theory, this paper analyzes the state of development and challenges of satellite navigation industry our country, and puts forward the bold supposition that regards developing the policy of satellite navigation industry our country . Finally, this paper put forward the architecture framework and measures regarding satellite navigation industry policy our country.
