弱光对花生功能叶片叶绿体超微结构的影响

【摘要】 大田条件下,以普通型花生品种"花育22"和珍珠豆型花生品种"白沙1016"为材料,齐苗期以自然光照为对照,采用遮荫网设置50%自然光强和15%自然光强2个弱光处理,遮荫40d。研究了弱光对花生叶绿体超微结构及其他细胞器的影响。研究结果表明,叶肉细胞内的叶绿体数随光照强度的降低逐渐降低,50%自然光强下叶绿体基粒发育良好,基粒片层数显著增多,但当光强降低到15%自然光强时,叶绿体膜破损,基粒数显著降低,基粒发育不完全,基粒片层破损;弱光对叶绿体结构的影响存在品种间差异,50%自然光强下不耐荫花生品种白沙1016叶绿体内的基粒数的增加幅度和15%自然光强时的降低幅度均显著大于耐荫品种花育22,且严重弱光胁迫(15%自然光强)基粒片层数显著降低,叶绿体内的淀粉粉粒数增多体积增大,而花育22基粒片层数显著增加,淀粉粒数显著降低,花育22的耐荫性大于白沙1016。因此普通型花生品种花育22比较适宜间套作体系种植。
【Abstract】 The effect of low light intensity on the chloroplast utra-structure of peanut functional leaves was studied by a field shading experiment of three light intensity(natural light intensity,50% natural light intensity and 15%natural light intensity) shading 40d from emergency with two peanut varieties "Huayu 22" and "Baisha 1016"..The results showed that the number of chloroplast in cell of peanut functional leaves decreased with the decreasing of light intensity.Under 50%natural light intensity, the grana grown very well and the number of lamella in grana increased.While when the light intensity decreased to 15%natural light intensity,chloroplast membrane and lamella in grana was destroyed,the grana developed imperfect and the number decreased very notably.The chloroplast utra-structure of different varieties have different performance when growth under low light.When it come to number of grana,the increasing extent under 50%natural light intensity or the decreasing extent of Baisha 1016 was greater than Huayu 22.In addition,the number of lamella in grana of Baisha 1016 decreased while its of Huayu 22 increased.Compared two peanut varieties,HY22 has more shade tolerance than Baisha 1016.So Huayu 22 is better to be planted in the intercropping system than Baisha 1016.
