微量N在Al-Ti-C中间合金中的存在形态及行为研究

【摘要】 对含微量N的Al-Ti-C中间合金的微观组织和细化行为进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,该中间合金细化纯铝的能力优于普通Al-5Ti-0.25C及Al-5Ti-1B中间合金,经低温重熔后细化纯铝时仍无衰退现象,稳定性好。通过SEM、EDS分析证明,微量N掺杂在TiCx粒子中形成TiCxNy,使其异质形核能力和稳定性得以提高。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the microstructure and refined performance of Al-Ti-C master alloy with trace nitrogen has been studied.This master alloy is more effective than ordinary Al-5Ti-0.25C and Al-5Ti-lB,besides,when remelted under low-temperature it also shows good fading resistance and high stability.SEM and EDS analysis results confirm that the TiC_x particles are doped with trace N and TiC_xN_y particles form,which result in the improvement of the stability and nucleation efficiency.
