北京不同控烟措施餐馆烟草烟雾浓度比较研究

【摘要】 目的了解北京市两家中餐馆采取不同禁烟措施前后室内烟草烟雾浓度的变化情况。方法选择两家距离较近,且基本情况相近的中餐馆,分别实施完全禁烟和部分禁烟的措施,同时采用AM510型个人智能防爆粉尘检测仪对室内外细颗粒物PM2.5的浓度进行连续检测,检测时间持续半年,每次检测间隔两周。分析不同禁烟措施下这2家餐馆室内外细颗粒物浓度差是否存在差异。结果完全禁烟规定的餐馆禁烟前后室内外浓度差分别为73.48和-1.41μg/m3;部分禁烟规定的餐馆禁烟前后室内外浓度差分别为67.66和5.85μg/m3(禁烟区),11.07μg/m3(非禁烟区);完全禁烟规定的餐馆室内细颗粒物浓度低于部分禁烟规定的餐馆;部分禁烟规定的餐馆室内细颗粒物浓度与单位体积内吸烟人数呈正相关。结论餐馆内完全禁烟规定在控制餐馆烟草烟雾浓度方面,优于部分禁烟规定,且目前餐馆实施的禁烟区与非禁烟区的分隔方式不能有效的防止细颗粒物从非禁烟区扩散到禁烟区。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of pre and post smoking regulations impacts on the environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) levels inside restaurants in Beijing. Methods Two basic conditions similar and distance close restaurants were selected, and implementation Complete smoking prohibiting rules and partial smoking prohibiting rules respectively. TSI Sidepak 510 was used to measure the level of fine particles mass less than 2.5 microns in diameter(PM2.5) in restaurants. The association between indoor and outdoor PM 2.5 levels of different smoking regulations in two restaurants was analyzed. Results Before and after the Complete smoking prohibiting rules, the difference of indoor and outdoor concentrations were 73.48μg/m3 and-1.41μg/m3 respectively. Before and after the partial smoking prohibiting rules, the difference of indoor and outdoor concentrations were 67.66ug/m3, 5.85μg/m3(smoking section), 11.07μg/m3(nonsmoking section)respectively. The concentration of fine particulate mass in restaurant adopting the complete smoking prohibiting rules is lower than the partial smoking prohibiting rules restaurant. There was a significant positive correlation between PM 2.5 levels and the number of smokers per cube meters in smoking section of partial smoking prohibiting rules restaurant. Conclusion Complete smoking prohibiting rules is better than the partial one, and the division of smoking section and nonsmoking section was useless to prevent fine particulate mass from the smoking section dispersing to the nonsmoking section.
