再生混凝土短柱轴向变形试验研究

【摘要】 再生骨料混凝土在耐久性能方面与普通混凝土相比,存在诸多性能方面的不稳定因素,直接导致再生骨料混凝土在实际应用当中受到很大的限制。提高再生混凝土构件耐久性的方法有很多种,比如增大混凝土强度等级,保护层度等。本试验为了提高再生混凝土的耐久性,制作了内填充再生骨料混凝土短柱,并对其进行了单轴抗压试验研究,并分析了其变形曲线。从力学性能方面研究内填充再生混凝土试件的整体工作性能。试验结果表明,内填充再生骨料混凝土短柱的轴向变形与普通整体浇筑钢筋混凝土短柱的轴向变形相比,相差不大,并且再生混凝土短柱具有良好的韧性。
【Abstract】 When recycled aggregate concrete durability is compared with ordinary concrete durability, there are many performance factors of instability,so aggregate concrete is greatly restricted in the actual application.There are many ways to improve recycled concrete durability of components,such as increased strength grade of concrete or increase protective layer.In order to improve the durability of recycled concrete,we produce recycled aggregate concrete short columns filled with recycled concrete.We also test its uniaxial compressive loading and analysis the deformation curve.Based on mechanical properties,we study the overall performance of the concrete specimens filled with recycled aggregate.The test results show that there are few axial deformation differences between short columns filled with recycled aggregate concrete and overall pouring reinforced concrete short column,and also recycled concrete short columns have good toughness.
