【摘要】 为研究河蟹的生长特性,本文通过对大通湖(12万亩大水面),千亩湖(多个25亩池塘)河蟹的雌雄胸甲长,胸甲宽,胸甲厚与体重及河蟹可食部分研究,结果表明:胸甲宽与体重存在很好的线性关系,公蟹的胸甲宽与体重线性关系为y=0.1336x+46.693,母蟹的胸甲宽与体重线性关系为y=0.1635x+45.019。而通过对大水面与池塘河蟹生长(主要是体重)研究,发现大水面养的河蟹体重要普遍高于池塘。通过对河蟹可食部分研究可知,大通湖河蟹的肌肉指数;公蟹为10.3,母蟹为11.1.性腺指数;公蟹为3.33,母蟹为8.6.肝脏指数;公蟹为7.9,母蟹为7.1.可食用部分总和指数;公蟹为21.6,母蟹为26.8。并且可知,无论公蟹还是母蟹,到了成熟期,其性腺指数基本保持恒定,不随体重变化而变化,母蟹无论在性腺指数还是在可食比例都高于公蟹,这也是市场上为什么母蟹的价格高于公蟹。更多还原

【Abstract】 to study the water crabs crabs and pond growth characteristics of difference,the author through to the datong lake(120000 mu water surface),one thousand acres of lake crabs(25 mu pond) study,in order to find out the growth of their difference,and the growth characteristic of crabs,such as crabs and male chest armor is long,wide chest armor,the breastplate thickness and weight if there is a linear relationship,the answer is yes and chest width and weight is a good linear relationship.And through to the large surface to the growth of the duck pond(mainly weight) study,found that higher than big river crab weight to keep the water pond.Another lake crabs edible parts was studied,the muscles of the datong lake crabs index;Male crab is 10.3,mother crabs from 11.1 gonad index;Male crab is 3.33,female crab is 8.6.The liver index;Male crab was 7.9,female crab is 7.9.The edible part combined index;Male crab is 21.6,female crab 26.8 liver than index;Male crab was 3.32,female crab is 3.32.更多还原
