瓯江彩鲤早期发育过程中磷酸酶活性及间甲酚对其活性的影响

【摘要】 为探究环境雌激素对鱼类早期发育的毒性作用。采用生化和静态急性毒性实验方法,研究了瓯江彩鲤早期发育过程中碱性磷酸酶和酸性磷酸酶活性的变化及间甲酚对瓯江彩鲤早期发育中磷酸酶活性的影响。结果表明,瓯江彩鲤受精卵中磷酸酶活性均低于成熟卵,卵裂期酶活性最低;在水温(20±2)℃条件下,经7 mg/L,13 mg/L和19mg/L的间甲酚暴露,各质量浓度组磷酸酶活性表现为良好的剂量-效应和发育时期-效应关系。总体上来说,瓯江彩鲤从原肠胚期开始磷酸酶活性,随着发育时间的延长和暴露浓度的增加而升高。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to detect the toxic effect of environmental estrogens on early development of fish.Activities of acid phosphatase(ACP) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) were determined during early development of Cyprinus carpio var.color,and as to the phosphatase,how it responded to m-cresol through a biochemical and static toxicological methods.The results show that the activity of phosphatase in the fertilized eggs of Cyprinus carpio var.color was lower than that in the mature eggs,cleavage stage was lowest;after being exposed to the m-cresol at the concentration of 7mg.L-1,13mg.L – 1 and 19mg.L-1 at the temperature(20 ±2) ℃,There were good dose-effect and development stage-effect relationship for the activities of ALP and ACP in each concentration group.All in all,starting from gastrula stage,The activities of ALP and ACP increased with the extension of development and the increasing of m-cresol concentration during different early development stages of Cyprinus carpio var.color.
