【摘要】 农户是农村生活环境综合整治工程中的主体,农户行为响应是农村生活环境综合整治工程的内在动力。以洞庭湖湿地保护区水稻主产区为例,借助现场访谈和调查问卷,初步分析了在农村生活环境综合整治过程中农户的认知和行为响应的一些整体特点,研究结果表明:(1)在农村生活环境综合整治工程中,农户已经充分认识到农村生活环境的重要性,但农户普遍存在依赖思想和观望情绪,主动采取行动参与不够;(2)农户收入水平对农户认知和行为响应存在显著正相关;(3)民众受教育程度与农户认知不相关,但与农户行为响应存在显著相关;(4)女性对农村生活环境认知与行为响应程度明显高于男性;(5)从认知到行动响应过程中,农户认知对行动响应呈正相关,而农村生活环境基础设施建设、区域集体行动、激励与监督制度是刺激农户行为响应的外部因素。并在此基础上,提出了提高农户对农村生活环境整治行为响应的措施和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Farmer household is the main body of the rural life comprehensive enviro nment engineering.And farmers’ behavior is the inner power of it.For example,with the interview and questionnaire on the major paddy rice producing areas of the Dongti ng Lake wetland nature reserve,we have analyzed preliminarily overall characteristic s of the farmers’ cognitive and behavioral response in rural life in the process of comp rehensive environmental control.We draw the conclusions:(1)In the process of compr ehensive environmental control,farmers have fully realized the importance of rural lif e environment.But they commonly exist the dependent mentality and wait-and-see att itude,so the initiative participation is not enough;(2) There is a significant positive co rrelation between farmers’ income level and their cognitive and behavioral response;(3) Public education degree is not related with farmers’ cognitive,but it have a remar kable correlation to farmers’ behavior response;(4) women’s conscious on the rural l ife environment and behavior responsiveness is obviously higher than men’s ;(5) From the cognition to the response process,Farmers’ cognitive has a positive correlation t o the response,moreover,there are farmers’ activities external factors,such as rural livi ng environment infrastructure construction,regional collective action,motivation and supervision system,to stimulate the response.Based on these,we put forward some m easures and suggestions which could improve rural farmers’ behavior response on the living environment.更多还原
