【摘要】 目的探讨MIPPO技术结合封闭负压引流技术治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折临床疗效。方法自2008年6月-2011年8月,采用MIPPO结合封闭负压引流技术治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折56例。结果 56例患者创面愈合出院,全部获得8-30个月平均14个月的随访,骨折均如期愈合,无1例骨髓炎发生。结论 MIPPO技术结合封闭负压引流技术治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折,固定可靠,可同时处理缺损软组织,后期恢复效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the treatment of open fracture of tibia and fibula with minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation and the technique of vacuum seating drainage.Methods:From Jun 2007 to Aug 2011,56 cases of open tibia and fibula fractures were collected.All the fracture were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation.Wound were covered by the VSD,maintain negative pressure sucking.Results:All patients’ wound has been healed when they discharged from the hospital.Follow up for 8 months to 14 monthes,all fractures were healing on schedule,no osteomyelitis occurred.Conclusions:The treatment of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation combined VSD for open tibia and fibula fractures is simple,stable,can handle the soft tissue defects at the same time,and the post recovery effect is wonderful.更多还原
